News sites like Yahoo

    Yahoo News is one of the popular source for latest news. I like to know how Yahoo getting these news ? Do they have any contract with other news companies or Yahoo has special press team which go and collect news ?

    Not only Yahoo, there are lots of other websites like this... How do they get news ?

    I have planned to start a news site... So i need to know how they are getting these news... please help me...

    I think Yahoo works on the same way as Google News, just with: RSS feeds of the newswebsites.

    Yahoo has contributors uploading contents to the site. I'm one of them ( yahoo contributor network). You canget rss feed from sites like tambapress.com,presspresser.com and youngrss.com.
