News rss feeds on your news site.

    Am I allowed to start a news site and use the RSS feeds from other sites, like washingtonpost.com , nytimes.com, heraldtribune.com to display news?
    Also if it is a allowed what is a good php rss reader to use for this?

    I think carp is mentioned most often. What you are describing is what RSS feeds are for so you absolutely can use them.
