guys I think that there may not be personal accounts from May 01 onwards, because I read somewhere on this forum that RBI has sent a questionnaire to Paypal about the personal remittance and seems like Paypal is unable to fulfil all the questions,so they are completely removing personal accounts. After May 01, they will come with an email. We apologize for the inconvenience and you can no more access your personal account, but upgrade it and then give us all your money and get your a%$ out.
