    The "great intelligence, great targeting" quote was interesting; recently the MSN search has been quite impressive. So when are MS gonna apply the same intellect to that darned IE browser thing?

    What are some of the powerful targeting strategies MS is going to be using, I am looking for a new PPC system, even though I am not to fond of most of them.
