    I am starting one blog about news in india.

    Now I want your guide line what to do to earn $1000 USA from adsense using that blog.

    Please give me your view, so i can plan out all stuffs as per your suggestions.

    Build your traffic.Build your links.Regularly add fresh content at least 3 times a week.Do keywords research.Wait.Once you have enough traffic it is easy.Try different ads types and positions.

    Traffic is the key to make good money with Adsense. So, try to optimize your site for search engines to drive you maximum traffic. Plus content is the king so keep on adding good, fresh content on regular basis.

    Try to get traffic from search engines. Do SEO to improve your site's ranking in SERPs.

    Also, try to increase your CTR. Try different ad units in different ad placements and see which one gives you the best CTR.

    The more targeted traffic you get, the more money you can make.

    I think you should first make smaller targets and work on them. Then try setting bigger targets and slowly achieve them. This way, you will learn a lot of it will make you lifelong income.

    Regarding the blog, as it is based on news, you need to update it quite regularly and you need to drive a lot of traffic to it. Regarding traffic, you can optimize your blog and then you can do link exchange with other similar sites/blogs and do forum posting and include your blog link in signature. Try searching here a you will get to know about a lot of other ways to drive traffic.

    In my experience the traffic outside the US and Europe is much harder to monitize. I would think the best way is for you to start a newsletter or a membership site of some sort in your area of expertise.
