Source: http://www.p2pnet.net/story/48475 You can \now be sued over 1 picture on your blog. RightHaven also has the right to copyright your own content then sue you over it. Back then Gibson worked alongside with the Obamas just search up RightHaven + Obama. Goodbye Free Speech!
A lot of people have been trying to do this in the past few years. "Goodbye free speech", I don't think so.
You could always be sued for use of a single picture. The solution is simple: Don't use something that doesn't belong to you unless you have express permission.
Wow, I got a negative reputation point and called a faggot for what I said. This board is just full of pleasant people. How immature. I guess it is easy to call someone names anonymously, frigging pansies.
A photo along with headlines has the direct impact on number of readers of a magazine or newspaper. By stealing the photo, one interfere with number of readers, hence with the profit of the magazine.
So, they get a default judgment and then just domesticate it in your home country? Sounds like a plan.
Guess all those that are protesting don't earn their living or have to feed their children from creating images or writing text. Amazingly when you do depend on SELLING your work and someone STEALS it you don't feel quite as liberal about it all
Yes, but I didn't do it anonymously Only reason I joined this troll filled board is to buy a domain, once it is pushed to me I am leaving this cesspool.
A username at least tells one who performed certain actions, sending a bad rep instead of a PM is anonymous in the way that it does not show who the user was. This board seems to be full of them, no wonder so many people have warned me that DP is full of scammers and trolls. My first time here and I possibly got scammed on my first purchase and met with hostility once I brought that point up. Not to mention that I unsubscribed from this thread 3 times and keep getting emails from it. Wow, you people are morons, I am done feeding trolls.
must have been one of those 'frigging pansies'. I met a pansy frigger once. Difficult work, but rewarding once you get into it.
