    Up for sale is my website newquaycornwall.co.uk. Ideal for someone living in the UK. It sits 14th for the term "newquay" and 11th for the term "newquay cornwall". Has about 30 visitors a day on average at the moment, but if you post on a regular basis to the Facebook page and add some more content the traffic will increase. Facebook page has around 280 fans, of which none have been bought.

    Has made about £16 from booking.com as an affiliate and a few quid with adsense, but not really promoted it very much. Perfect site if you're in the UK and want to target the very popular Cornish holiday market as all the hard work has been done for you.

    I had this on page 1 with a few links on a private blog network i had, but removed them now, add some more quality pr2-3 contextual links and this will be up on page 1 again.

    Buyer gets everything, and I'll even throw in a few more extras as a surprise.
