Newly Updated, Please Review, Need Advice

Hi I have recently redone my site and implemented word-press, but I am not getting the zip code inputs that I was before. Is the input box in a bad location? Anything else wrong with it? Site is here

Great design but if I was a visitor I wouldn't be impressed that the footer menu links all link to the home page and not:
Contact Us | Terms of Use | Trademarks | Privacy Statement

Ignore this comment if this is only temporary.

 

I am not very impressed. Improve your design or people will assume it as a scam site.
