Ok, so maybe I am just way behind the times but I just found out that you can put title="" tags inside of images, links, headers, heck even bold tags. The alt="" tags do not work for images in Firefox (when hovered over) but the titles sure do.

Obviously keeping things under control and not keyword stuffing your site, do these help in SEO? I've read that the title="" tags can be more descriptive (usually a sentence). You can also use both the alt="" and the title="" in the same image tag. Anyone using these or seen any good/bad effects?

I believe alt="keyword" is the only thing you should use for image tags.

As far as HTML goes or are you talking about SEO? What is the purpose of that tag then?
