Hi, I just added search to my site from google adsense search. I was wondering if anyone knows if you still make revenue using the "only search my site" option? The only search results that come up now are my website's (www.ohmcheck.com), and a few paid links off to the right. Anyone familiar with this?

I don't think you would get paid for your own website serps. Because you are not paying google to list them.

For me search box is not much success full. you have to place the search box in the right place where people will search more. but I have noticed cost of the click on search is higher then the normal ad units.

with google search, you get paid when people click on the ads that appear on the search results page. that will be the case whether you choose to have it only search your site or not.
