Selling newelectro.org 2.6m pages indexed, 95%+ organic, 3-4k visits a day, adsense earning

Hi,

Traffic is 95% organic from google, the remainder is social sharing by people who've found the site / artists sharing their tracks/profiles. Traffic is 64% Europe, 25% Americas, remainder from the rest of the world.

Can come with site or without, if with site I'd suggest leaving it hosted where it is on my dedicated Server and I'll keep it running for you till the end of the year in with the price (note it also uses S3 for images, and there's a cost of circa $10 a month for bandwidth requirements over there).

The site has 2.6+million pages of unique content/data, and adds another 3-4k daily. It pulls data from APIs and is 100% legal + legit, its coded to a very high standard, using full HTML5, CSS3 and richsnippets/microdata for added SEO goodness. Ready for use with DFP, Adsense or OpenX from the get go.



Currently earns via adsense, bad day 80 clicks, good day 130, average 95. Future scope to do affiliate sales through to one of the big music stores, from which much of the data is provided - failing that amazon mp3 / similar.

Reason for selling: Need cash injection to finish off developing my network of sites after personal things & a written off pickup wiped out a few weeks from my development timeline. Quick sale wanted as it's also mrs blacknet's birthday tomorrow!

Notes:
1) The site is 100% custom, pure code, no admin panels, nothing to maintain and sitting on a heavily optimized and locked down server, if you plan to take the site with the domain and make changes, you'll need a half decent server and a skilled programmer to make the changes - the code is clean, but suited to the skilled developer rather than the joomla/wordpress monkey (no offence intended!). That said, if you want to just leave it as is, I'll keep it hosted for you, add your adcodes + analytics, and ensure that it keeps running & doing it's job.

2) I'm happy to offer a full refund valid for 12 months if you take the domain + site and are ultimately not happy with it; provided that you don't wreck the site / change it massively, and are aware that it may take me a week or two to free up the cash to buy it back from you.

Sorry I can't give out all my knowledge for free lol, but it's certainly not a hidden or grey method, you just need to read the documentation for all google related advert products and the information is in there

Yes, and google do not fulfill more than three ad requests when you use adsense noly.

However I use a different google product for adverts (DFP), google control the number of adverts displayed on my website. As mentioned there is nothing illegal, grey or invalid going on with this website, it's 10000% legitimate and legal in every way, breaks no terms of service anywhere, and doesn't even do anything tricky or clever. I just RTFM and know my job inside out. Hence why you see a well coded website, with now 2.8 million pages indexed by google, strong traffic, and every relevant web standard being used effectively.

Check the source code of the website, you'll see how to get more than 3 adzones - note though, google will still control how many adverts are displayed, they ramped the site up from 3 to3 to 5 to 6 over the course of a couple of months.

I will point out too, that I do get about 3 million page views per week going through my adsense account over all sites, so maybe they are a bit more lenient with me.
