So I was researching and customizing my own laptop on a certain site, and it came out to be around $1,300.00

Then I searched around and went to NewEgg.com and found the same laptop, with the same customizations, for only $930.00.

Thing is, it is an "Open Box" item. I looked it up, and it basically means:
Can an item just being "Open Box" reduce its price by over $350? Is that reasonable? Or am I overlooking something, like maybe this laptop isn't exactly how the other one I customized is.

Is it worth it? To go for the $930.00 one.

I don't think I'd pay >$900 for anything that only has a 15 day warranty.
