    this domain averages 2 dollars ppc revenue everyday and growing. Only been parked a week. Look at all the links on this domain? Lets do the math. 2 dollars a day ppc revenue times 365 = 730. 730 a year times 8 years (the normal figure used for domain evaluation) is 5840. $5,840.00 is what domain investors claim this domain is worth using their scale. Of course I am not looking for that much. Premium dot com's are hard to come by now.

    I have not decided a BIN yet. Seeing what the market will offer first. I would like to get it appraised. Motivate me with a good offer and I might just take it now. Thanks. Depending on the amount of revenue a domain earns, like Porn.com can go as high as 12 times the annual revenue (and did sell for that) I have read. Lower yielding domains like this command 8 times the annual revenue I read at the DNJournal. I will try to find the url to share it. I guess it is who writes the article and who you talk to in the business for the calculation methods. I say nobody really knows. A domain is worth what it is worth to you I maintain. Who would ever think vodka.com would sell for 3 million.
    Edited: I got a free appraisal over at Estibot. It 980.00 because of all the traffic. Check for your self. http://estibot.com/ Very few domains get rated up as this one because of the high traffic at Estibot.
