Just curious, how are you classifying PPC and PPV as monetization methods? I see where CPA would be because generally you're getting paid, but PPC and PPV is where you pay for traffic so you aren't getting monetary compensation as you would with CPA. Are you just speaking of all monetary transfers relating to website traffic?
