Newbie with questions

    Hello Fellow Digital pointers!

    I am relatively new here, but have used the services of a few fantastic individuals here.
    My main use for this forum is to engage with some great talent here, but am not 100% clear in the best way to go about it in respect for the forum rules.

    I am aware I cannot just start a thread in the market place and say "looking for web developers etc" due to my current posting level. At the same time, I dont want to hijack others threads.

    So can someone advise me, of the best way to go about building good relationships with a select few here, as I am constantly taking on new work, and like right now need someone to finish of an Opencart website for me, which again will lead on to more work.
