Newbie wants to post to Contests

    Hi!

    I joined so I could solicit input from the creative talent on the Contests forum. I was disappointed to learn I have to wait 2 weeks and have 24 posts! I just want to pay someone for their talent. Would you consider relaxing the restrictions for this particular board?
