Newbie to Photoshop

    Hi I am a newbie to photoshop all together I wanted to make a simple PLAY button

    Where would I start? I have decided 60by60px is a good size.

    Now How do I start with a circle? Ive been looking high and dry for a shape tool.

    and How would I make that look 3d? which settings should I set.
