You can create a web store from Amazon Web Stores. Your better option in my oppinion is to create a blog and promote clothes that you like and you are affiliate of online. Wordpress is a great blogging platform that has plugins that you can use to promote clothes online
If I were you I would do two things, firstly carry out all of the traditional targetted traffic-building advice that can be found all over the marketing forums then secondly I would focus on a niche, aim to build a specific brand identitiy via myspace etc. That's pretty generic advice I appreciate but its pretty difficult without knowing anything about your store!
