Newbie Seek SEO critique of his site

Hi all, im pretty new here so if im breaking anyrules please edit/remove this post. Im fairly new to all things webmaster and have learnt a fair bit about seo recently. Im having trouble however using my knowledge on my site. If any of you in the know would mind casting your eye over http://buddymatch.co.uk

I recommend you to learn about SEO, hire a professional or buy a specialized software.

 

Thanks for the reply, i have just purchased IBP and am attempting to tidy things up now. Have around 500 one way links to my site, several from decent PR sites. Following the advice of the IBP i have also removed the style sheet from the html of my site and simply link to it.
My concern is that my competitors are not necessarily running seo friendly sites. They do however appear to beat me hands down for the number of links they have pointing at then ( three or four times as many).

Even if this is the case i am still not indexed for my keywords i wish to be...?

 

Be familiar with the SEO on and off page optimization.. this will help you a lot to increase your site's traffic
