So if i type in a long tail keyword and get 16,000 sites, i should stay away. but the same keyword in quotes gets 5,000 sites, which now means i should go for it. Right? I am trying to bum market and any tips would help alot
That's the scoop. I haven't played around with article marketing using affiliate links but that is the suggested maximum (5000 results). The idea it would seem to me would be to ensure you have decent demand to go with such little competition and try for multiple related "in-demand" long tail keyphrases in the article and obviously a way to monetize them with affiliate links.
Thanks. Why I keep questioning what I already know is a mystery of the universe. Or it might be due to the premise that I'm a noob and don't have any hard experience. Well, I figure it's time to go get me some. Thanks for the reply
You can't just look at how many sites are listed to see if you will beat them. You have to make sure you have good internal linking, good on page SEO, and some good backlinks to your site.
wohw wohw, there! great advice! So, I've checked off good SEO on page (I usually use my keywords 6 or 7 times) What's a good way for a newb to get good backlinks and internal linking? I know 1 out of 3 . Like in highschool. ain't bad
