It is not against TOS of adsense but it could get you banned from the search results for duplicate content. If you are not listed in the index, adsense becomes a mute point because you will never get enough traffic to earn any money. It is better to always use original content and make a site worth visiting. The key is to attract visitors not to copy someone else's work.
