I got that too the other day. It is when you purposely add a post to your thread to keep it new and on top of the category search. I totally forgot about it and rightfully got 1 point removed from my rep points(the grey scales on the top-right of each post is where you add them), it should not be done. Red is bad, green is good and grey is neutral but positive. If you go below your rep points you will be banned ("berserker" will say "banned" and your User ID will be in red) and have to wait till you build up your rep points again to get out of it. When banned you can't post your sig. links. i think you start with ten rep. points so your fine just check on the FAQ/Rules to be completely clear about the guidelines.
I heard somewhere that if you have a lot of posts you're alloted more infractions. Is it true or does everyone have the 10 infraction limit?
You need to read the FAQ/rules very well or else you may get banned without even knowing what went wrong........
i found out what this was the same way you did. I guess I should have read the rules better, but there are so many.
not necessarely about the 10 infraction limit because you change get more rep points like if you got 60 points then you got to lose 60 points toget banned. i think the total amount of posts does not matter.
Most of the posters in this thread need to read the FAQ and infraction sticky found in suggestions and feedback (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=216611).
