    So I'm new to this forum but i want to know if we are allowed to sell things like accounts?? sorry for the dumb question...

    Nope, technically you don't "own" your account (at a forum, fb, orkut etc) so you can't sell what you don't hold legal title to.

    The same goes for groups, pages, etc.

    Webhosting companies create accounts when you become a customer but I'm sure you'll appreciate that is different altogether.
