OK. So where do I start? Whats the easiest to get going? Looking for something thats going to give me immediate returns (dont mind if its small) to get me going... Any suggestions?
This really depends on what your skills are. example: can you design? code? etc... Although these are not important really as alot of people make money online without these skills by outsourcing, the skills really do help when it comes to making money online. Also in this world nothing is free, you have to invest money to make money although it does not have to be large amounts of money. In my honest opnion stay away from quick buck sites for instance: proxys, myspace sites etc.. turnkey. they might make you a few $ here and there but most lead to complications with advertiser account e.g. google and others and are really no worth the hassle. my advice is stick around and read, read, read. pick something that intrests you and develop on that.
If you want immediate returns, you need to buy a site that is already making money. Though the returns won't happen until you've earned your money spent on the site back... which can take over a year or two. So I guess that is not immediate returns. If you were a master of ad-copy, and good at building landing pages, you might have some instant success selling products through affiliate programs using the PPC (Adwords, Overture, etc). But that is often very hard work and a lot of trial and error for little return for many months until you master it. And even then it is a very tough market to make money in. Building a site from scratch and making money off ads is something that take a lot of work and time... (Years in some cases) before you see a payoff. Your best bet: Contract yourself out. If you are good at graphics, offer your services to folks looking for a logo. If you are a good web developer, offer your services to build a site for someone looking (check the services section of this site). This is truly the only way to get a quick return on your work... Most other options take time, experience and little luck... ;-)
The best thing you can do is pick something like a topic or a hobby that really interests you. If you don't know anything about cooking let's say, don't start a cooking website just because you heard it was easy money. If you pick something that you are already interested in, the easier it is to come up with content, etc. for that topic. There is no such thing as easy money even on the internets.....
to expand on what's been said a little more, is there anything specific you can do along the lines of offering a service to others? for example: can you do proofreading, language translations, installing scripts, designing graphics like ecovers or web page elements, or can you offer an ebook compilation service? these are all things that other people look for others to do for them because of either time constraints or because they themselves cannot do them. offering services is a good way to begin without having to spend wads of upfront cash. tracy
I recommend Bum Marketing! However, you should find something you enjoy doing and not just to make quick cash. Usually won't work out well if you ask me.
DO NOT EXPECT OVERNIGHT RETURNS. If you've been reading these 'overnight millions with IM' sales pages, don't let them fool you. You need a knowledge base, you need to spend a minimum of a week/two on this and other boards, you will go through trial and error - you will learn/absorb/eliminate/duplicate/repeat systems that work, and then you will try to get to the next level/goal. Promoting products online, buying existing sites, asking for a blueprint to make quick cash, it's all relevant but you need a knowledge base. Keep absorbing great info where you can, this board and others like it are a goldmine, but it won't fall on your lap even if you ask for it, you must digg (hey that's a good tagline for an ebook - you must digg...). There is no short cut way to earn on internet. First of all you must have some knowledge about the terms of IM. Otherwise if you start anythng without knowing nothing then at the end of the day there will be only all the bad news waiting for you.
