My new site is yet to be indexed by G. Page rank is 0.

I got apporved for this site and have 0 weight at present. I can see other Co-op Ads in my site.

How can I improve my weight? Any suggestions?

Increase the number of pages indexed and increase PR. Basically you need to get more backlinks and wait. Good luck

You can get weight by having more indexed pages in google with a PR0. But a higher PR would equal more weight.

Exchanging links is difficult for me with PR 0 site. Im doing free directory submission only.

Yes, it will take a while to get the site going. Work on the directory submits and getting good UNIQUE content on the site.
