I have no idea if this is even the right place to ask.

Im looking for a program that does visualizations with music, like the ones on "realplayer" and "windows media player", but with more control and such. Somthing a bit more in depth. preferably with support for dual displays so i can send the visualizations to the projector and run the controls on the laptop.

kinda like somthing you could see as a background at a concert

    ...make any sense?

I've tried to google this, but is one of those things thats hard to figure out what to search for.

anyway, just a shot in the dark

Plus with winamp, the visualizations can be in their own window... so you can max that window in your projector and have the regular player on your desktop :)

Winamp os pretty cool. But I dont think you can control the visualizations on the seperate screen, because the menus are on the visualizaton screen. Ill have to set up the dual display today and see what I can figure out
