Newbie Question-Im a junior programmer in php

    hey guys I just want to ask this question...

    Why is it that sometimes connect database code doesnt work? i tried checking my code... no errors and everything is good, when i save it again to other file it is working.why is it?

    Maybe the problem is not in the code, but in your database service
