Hello Everyone, I've started affiliate marketing with CJ for 2 weeks. Now i've got impressions almost 1,000 and 40 clicks in 1 website. But i haven't made any sales yet. I'm not sure why i didn't get sales. So my questions are... 1. What's the best type of landing page that should be used in CJ? (sales page, price comparison, etc...) 2. Can anyone show me the sample good landing page of cj? (may be a template) 3. Please suggest me the methods, plan i should follow to be success with CJ. Thank you so much for all answer. I wish you all rich!
i don't think your visitors are targeted. because 1000 impression is quite good to have sell. yes the landing page is a matter. but i think the most important thing is to take a look to your SEO method first. thanks
Target a buying keyword If you're getting 1000 impressions and only 40 clicks thats not so great. are you using simple text links? Also, make sure the affiliate your working with is actually converting as well. I once sent a few thousand people to an affiliate through CJ but the conversion rates just sucked once they got to the affiliates site!
Affiliate marketing is HARD. Some get rich. Most do not. That is just the facts. Since you are already getting the hits, how good of a job are you doing with your landing page to pre-sell the customer? Then, when they leave your site, how good is the affiliate place doing to actually sell the customer? The best landing page in the world is worth diddly if your affiliate guys can't land the customer once you send them along. In CJ the telling of how what you should expect is in the 3 month and 7 day EPC. It never lies. Case in point. I have GREAT and WONDERFUL placement all over the search engines for one particular client. Super landing pages. The works. And they always have a massive marketplace campaign going on. You'd be amazed if you knew who it was. And yet, they are averaging only a $30 average, which is less than their most typical payout. This tells me that they aren't doing so hot on their end. I'm sending them folks, but they aren't converting. Take a look at the CPC for whoever you are promoting and see how your conversions and sales stack up against the average. Then you will either feel better or worse about your marketing.
whats ur niche?...it's very impt what u r promoting/selling..if there is no demand, definitely no sales. Landing page is not very impt, if your vistors are targeted. I have a very simple website, earning about 100+US, More if i put in more time. Aim for the niche first, the rest can be slowly improved
Well i would like to suggest you to make a landing page, introduce your product there and do some SEO. Hope it will works. Also use the targeted audience, this might be one of the reason that is why sales are not tuning for you.
First. Check out your landing page. Sec. Do some article submission to let know people about your products. Third. Start SEO aggressively Be relax, take time & be patient as well See what happen..!! I hope it will better than before..!!
As a newbie, the most common problem that I see is when you start getting clicks you immediately want those to convert to sales. Big mistake, sometimes it can take 200 clicks to convert sometimes less. The thing you have to keep in mind is that traffic is all different and you have to test and track everything before you know what works. Are you using PPS, PPV free..? Are you placing banners on a blog that is getting alot of impressions? There could be a million factors. What you need to do, if you ahven't already, is place google analytics code on your site and see what your visitors are doing once they arrive there.
