Hi guys, Ive been reading a few post on the forum and was wondering if anyone could advise me. I own the website www.boyakasha.co.uk and get between 500 - 2000 unique visitors a day (stats avalable on front page of site) I am thinking about allowing people to advertise on the site, but dont know what price to charge. Also how would I go about getting adverts on my site, should i advertise on my site, use a special program? what would you suggest? Many thanks for you help!
Erm your website is very niche, Ali G. Personally I would select a couple of really relevant item from Amazon and link to them. When you look for a advertiser you have to think who the people looking at your website will be. Here mostly people will be young and that like comedy. So maybe you could find someone who is looking to plug their product to this type of people. But I personally think since you know your visitors like Ali G, you will get the best responses by selling them some Ali G stuff.
True, well i do actually have a link to amazon, its only a text link so not too blatant. I just check my stats and last nmonths I had over 25,000 unique visitors. Surely this would be attractive to some advertisers?? thanks for your help Joe
