I Need Some General Direction. Please Anyone Clarify The Rss Non- Commercial Statement That I Always Read. I Want To Start A Website In January. It Will Have My Stories, My Pictures, Public Domain Material, Etc. The Rss News Feed, Links Etc, Are For The Enjoyment Of The Viewers Of My Site. No Reselling , No Charge For Access To Rss Feed Material. Simply As An Added Feature To My Site
Something To Keep It Current With The News Of The Day. The Bbc I Hear Now Lets You Use Their Feed. Just Give Them Credit For Their Material, And Again No Resell Or Charge For Access To Their Material. Cool! Can Anyone Please Clear Up The Basic," You Can Use Our Feed For Personal And Non-commercial Use Only Statement". If Your Promoting "your" Material, Looking To Put Up A Newsletter, Hoping To Attract Advertisers, Etc. Simply Using The Rss Feed, Links, As An Added Feature. No Resell, No Charging, No Nothing. Any Comments Welcommed. Please Clarify For A Newbie. Hohumm99

Let me make it clearer. Can anyone give me some basic info on the legalities of RSS feeds? What does it mean when it says, "can be used for personal and non-commercial use? If you have a website that you hope to make money with and only want to use RSS type feeds for (news content, stories, etc.), filler for the site. Is that OK?
No resell, or charge to view content, simply to use as an added feature for your viewer, as a blog or forum, etc.
Not commerializing the feed. Any comments welcommed. Thanks HOHUMM99
