Hi All, As you can tell I'm a newbie to Affiliate Marketing. I've been researching different options, but truthfully, I don't know where or what to start with. Does anyone have any recommendations of where I can begin? It seems like there's just so much out there, I don't know where to begin. For a while now, I've been thinking about starting a GPT website like CashOnTap, etc..., but I'm not sure if that's really the way to go with all the problems that I've read about lately with these sites. I'm in the US and would like to start of with something that isn't too overwhelming. thanks
I think the first questions for you are... Do you have any money to invest? If so, how much? Do you have any web design or coding skills (HTML, CSS, Layouts, Logos, PHP, etc.)? Do you currently own any websites with traffic? How much do you know about marketing/PPC/email lists/etc.? There are so many different approaches to affiliate marketing...some are better than others for beginners, but your personal skills are also important.
hello, I do have some money to invest, about $500.00. But it absolutely has to be something that's proven becuase I can't afford to lose it. I have some web design skills, HTML, layout, logo. I'm familir with what CSS and PHP are, but I don't know enough to be able to code using them or anything like that. However, I'm confident that I could learn it if needed. I don't own a website with traffic at this time. Was planning on starting a site similar to a GPT website, but not sure if that's the best road to take. I have beginner level knowledge of marketing. I'm somewhat familir with PPC, but have never used it. thanks
Do you already have a website? If not, get one and if you don't know where to find a quick, cheap one contact me via PM. I'd say start with shareasale.com. Great program, quick payouts, and easy to deal with IMO. If you don't know where to start, but have a cpanel server I will give you your free start and give you a site that is based on affiliate datafeed's that uses shareasale.com and adsense combined for steady income.
