Newbie, looking for a little help.

I'm up-to-date on what to do, but not exactly how to go about doing it to make money online. I've read many posts and I'm willing to try just about anything. If anyone has any way for me to make money online please let me know, links will help, as will 1 on 1 conversation. Thanks everyone.

 

First off.... congratulations on starting.

Next. three words for you. Learn, Pick-yourself-up, Relax (yeah, ok... i cheated)

Its NOT hard to make money online - dont listen to the half baked "buy this, buy that" crowd, it doesnt help. Sure enough, one or two purchases will help you along, but you havent mentioned budget so im going to assume none.

This is your first mistake. At the very least, but yourself some webspace and a domain name - if this is sounding daunting relax, wordpress (a simple blogging platform) can be installed in around 5 clicks on some hosts. It will cost you about $10 hosting, for a year - peanuts.

If you go for freebies, like blogger, bear in mind they are terminating all kind of sites for a while now.

You can use that time and time again, and end up with a nice profitable system going, although please bear in mind that you should diversify your earnings later on (dont worry about that now).

If you want specific advise on a subject - go on, PM me - its better than some of the responses you will get because i only give factual information.

What is it you want to do online? Do you have any particular skills that you can use to earn money? Are you a programmer or developer? Can you design a new app? I'm not sure that you can just pitch up and look cash in without having some idea of the direction you want to take and being prepared to work for it.

 

decide what skills you have and what path would suit you to making money (or at least trying to)

 

Agreed with some of the above folks... The first thing you need to do is figure out what area you want to go into. There are (literally) millions of niches out there. So, ask yourself - What interests you? What are your strengths? Working on something that you enjoy will make it seem alot less like "work".

However, working online takes alot of work and dedication. Just because you may have the luxury of working from home doesn't mean it's a cake-walk. There are plenty of "gurus" out there who will promise to make you a millionaire by next Tuesday - if you buy their $30 ebook or $200 package. Don't fall into their schemes. Instead, work hard and smart - and hopefully, we'll be cheering your successes soon!

 

Just remember 3 words "don't give up" and you will find your way.

The best advice here, that several people have already pointed out - go with something you have a passion for. I'ts hard to keep at it with little reward if your heart isn't in it!

Find your niche and try to sell your products or services

 

Lots of great advice here. When I first started I suffered with what people call "information overload". You need to sit down and work out a plan of action - and stick to it. It's easy to get distracted and go from one product to another; one technique to another. Some products are hyped up a lot and promise to make you financially free in your first month. Don't fall for these.

Maybe start with a blog promoting the product/service that you're interested in. Not sure if you're interested in CPA or Affiliate Marketing or if you've thought about producing your own products but follow one path until you make money with that product/service and don't go off into another one until you're making money with the first one. Like I say - work out a "mind map"/plan of action and do something every day - step-by-step and you'll succeed. "Don't give up" - Good Luck
