    Hi folks,

I have been submitting one of my sites to various directories and joining several relevant forum sites to add my url in my profile and signature, oh and to discuss topics ;)

My question is does it matter if I put in http://mysite.com or http://www.mysite.com or even just www.mysite.com ? Would it matter if they were a bit of both?

    Thanks

DEF. dont want to use both you might run into duplicate content penalties.

Use one or the other and stick with that for the longevity of the site!

It would be nice of you if you would use your anchor text instead using www.mysite.com You know what I mean? and the anchor text should be, just those keywords for wich you trying to rank well...for example look at my signature and you will get what I mean..

I usually use the www domain com format - but the keyword idea by ISU is a good idea as well. If i can do tracking from a domain i- i'll often use the ? approach as well

Make sure you use google analytics to set your preferred domain after making the choice of what to go with ..

Is there any strategies I can employ, if I may be better off with multiple anchor text phrases or do I have to soldier on, promoting a single anchor text?
