One thing. Stop using capital letters. The readers take that as if you are yelling at them, and you will more likely don't get any answer.

If the company don't pays, they will not have any ads showing. That is one thing that spreads pretty fast....

    PPC in a nutshell:

A company decides they want to advertise so they pay for a certain amount of clicks (typically this is done through a third party such as Google Adsense, for example). Everytime someone actually clicks on the link, you get a cut of what the above company has paid. So you're getting paid for each click.

Pay Per Click - PPC in simple language:

    There is 1 advertiser
There is 1 publisher (who publishes the advertisement on his site)

When some one clicks an ad published by the publisher , then only the advertiser pays the publisher. Publisher gets nothing for publishing the ads.

In Google Adwords program, Google acts as publisher and publishes ads of Adwords advertisers in its search results.

In Google Adsense , Google allows other sites to act as publishers for ads (of Adwords advertisers) and takes a part on money that advertisers pay.
