* NEWBIE HERE -- When can I begin posting to CONTESTS Forum? Help Please?

    Hello All -- Brand new to the site and want to post a Logo Contest with prize money in the "Contests" Section. However, it keeps saying my account doesn't have permission, etc. I have a normal/free account. I've tried PM-ing Mods to no avail. If anyone could fill in some of the blanks for me, it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! What do I need to do to get this going? Cheers and all the best in advance... -- J
