    Hello,

    This is Andrew, I am from USA and run a small advisory company. How is everyone on here?

    I am new to this site, and need your help please. I am looking for someone to write a paper on the energy industry for me. I don't know where to post the request on this site, and if I need a premium membership or special privileges to do so.

    If there are other sites I should look at as well, please let me know. I can reciprocate your kindness.
