    Hello I need some help with the tracker. Right now all three Google, MSN and Yahoo are showing n/a for my website (softservesolutions.com). While I might not be ranked (although I do think I'm pretty low), I'm thinking something is wrong with how I have things set up in the tracker.

    When people talk about 'manual' lookup, do you mean by going to google.com and typing in the keyword?

    Any and all help would be appriciated.

    A manual lookup would be clicking on one of your keywords in the keyword tracker (that will look it up manually). Do you get any error if you do that?

    Are you using the advanced usage script by chance? If so, have you tried it without using it?

    We added a keyword search softserve solutions and got a result back from Yahoo. (Ranked 1). But everything else is n/a. Wondering if we are doing somethings worng in trying to get in the serps.

    We have an html index page with keywords and white text behind a flash file. I think I need to do some more research on how to get into the search engines better and more efficently.

    Yes we have used it with and without the script and received the same results.

    It's only going to report... if you see yourself ranked somewhere when you looked manually that you think the KW tracker is reporting incorrectly for you, let me know what the keyword/URL combo is and I'll have a look.
