Newbie Help traffic for adsense

I used to use Swapclix to get adsense traffic, but the method would only get me a little bit of cash and I know there is so much more to be made. I don't have very much money to spend on advertising, but I can build a pretty strong website and I am a talented writer so content is not a problem. I have successfully used SEO in articles and got strong google listings as well.

My quesiton is what are the best ways to send traffic to my adsense sites? What are the cheapest/Free methods that are popular and what are the methods that produce the best results?

If your contents are of good quality, then social bookmarking will help you.

You might want to be sure you do not violate any Adsense Policy in regards to this because they are strict at getting artificial traffic

The best traffic which Adsense wants are natural traffic, one where the visitors find out about you and decide to visit your website all without any intervention from you. It takes time to build this type of traffic but it is the greatest and the best and the only way Google likes it.
