Newbie Help Setting Up A Forum

    Hi there,

    Have recently purchased a domain and hosting, and downloaded phpBB. I uploaded the php and installed it to my hosting, and managed to log in fine and make some forum changes.

    However, when I try to view the URL in the browser, it says the page cannot be displayed, that I am not authorised to view the page.


    Would appreciate any help.

    I just realised I hadn't changed the file permissions on the config.php file (thanks WatchOut).

    I now changed it but am having the same problem when trying to view my URL... so not sure if I need to change anymore file permissions
