My family have a Hotel in naxos isla,greece i build a site thats cost me lot of money so my customers dont need to pay 10%-15% comission in big sites for book a rom in our hotel.I use adwords,adsense and i also paid a lot to have on line booking machine but i dont get any reservations of there,but have reservations on big sites with 15% up prices.Help me to help my customers! The biggest problem I see. Do you want to make money with bookings or make money sending customers elsewhere with the Adsense ads? Here's your biggest reservation killer. The page where credit card info is requested is not SSL. You have the Verisign logo and say it is but the address I get is http://naxos-hostels.com/online_booking.html (it's not an SSL page) It should start with https:// Take your proxy pay out of the frame and make it your payment page. Seeing that little yellow lock makes all the difference in the world.
Yes ofcoz.You have nice site but try yahoo ads instead.Also try SEO with some specialist who are expert in bringing your site in top 10.
When you choose to make the payment this page redirects you to one of the bigest banks of greece secure server!you didnt notice or am i wrong?? Thanks for the reply!
I tried yahoo but is very confusing.i was subscribe in yahoo for united states and canada and in order to show my advertisments to europe i need to subscribe again in another section of yahoo!!!why???
The page where I was requested to enter cc info had the ssl page in an iframe so it the secure transfer is not reflected in the browser. Bottom line, people won't enter cc info if they don't see the secure lock in there browser. They need to see this at the point of cc info entry.

the site look good but you need a new and better SEOs for your site. You need to make payment page look better and easy for visitor to click. And also in your website, you didnt say how much visitor can save if book it through your site. just a rant from me
Dont put ads in there if you are trying to sell your service.....Just keep it professional. Also you may want to make the Reservation/Book now logo like in the top right corner or left side. its so small in the middle...maybe im missing it. Good Luck Jason
