    Dear Fellas,

How to know differences for Master Resell Right, Private Label Right or you just want to give away.
Is there clue in copyright or just explicitly?

Master resell rights mean the purchaser can duplicate and resell the product to others, multiple people may be granted or sold mater resell rights. Private label is similar except you can often make changes to the product and there is exclusivity (meaning only one business would get the private label product, though there may be products that are very similar being sold to other businesses). If you want to give away something you must have permission to distribute the product.

    ok,
the Master resell Right can be resell to the 1st purchaser, and the 1st purchaser sell to 2nd purchaser, 2nd purchaser sell to 3th purchaser, and so on
Is still Master Resell right after 10 level maybe purchaser ?

Is there any chance Master Resell Right, and or PLR can be give away ?

    thx b4.

Master resell (resale) rights do not always give you the right to sell the master resale rights. Meaning the chain wouldn't go past two deep (A to B, B to C). As far as whether they can be given away, that depends on where you are and the terms set forth in the agreement. In the US, for example, when you give somebody the right to sell your product you can only suggest a price. You cannot demand a minimum price be set (that's called price fixing). With real world objects this is easy to deal with because there is a cost associated with the production of a product. Digital products don't cost anything, so it is easy to offer things for free. However, if you live in someplace that allows prices to be set at a minimum, then you cannot give away a product if there is a stipulation to do so in the agreement you signed.

PLR on the other hand, depends on the service you got them from and what the product is. For example, some PLR article services only allow you to use the articles on your site, not to sell them at all (or give them away). PLR does not automatically mean you have rights to sell the product (at least with digital products).

Sorry having question again in my mind.
    still same with this thread.

If product having MRR, and have benn selling to many purchaser, with same level or multiple level.
    question is :
    1. How you can trace that your product still have MRR?
example : I'm the last one to buy but my seller not giving me MRR, but i'm sure that this product selling using MRR. And i change it, How someone else or maybe the author know ?
    2. Maybe if i get not from legal thing, like i succeed to copy all his website and source. And i sell it or give away, Is there any chance knowing that my product is illegal ?

I think this is the weaken of internet.

Is there any clue about this?

    thx b4.

It all depends on the record keeping process you put in place. Most people do not bother tracking MRR products for very long as the value of them is short lived.

i think is small chance to track, because all people is saling, give away, or maybe stealing. And many people have been doing one to another.

thx for the info bluegrass. you're support is great.
