Newbie cannot hang, wants to sell and run

I fell into my niche and built a blog about 18 months ago. I had a lot of help to start through eLance building and setting the blog up. I want to sell the blog as I cannot seem to teach myself how to do simple tasks such as upgrading Wordpress, changing templates etc.

Anyway, I am really wondering what I might fetch for my blog if I were to place it on SitePoint. I know, it is a redundant question...please excuse.

Could a few Pros make an educated guess at what I might command?

    Here are a few stats:

    Last month - 5,100 Visits (78% Unique)
    Page views 10,100
    Average Time on site 2:35
Average about 5,000 - 5,500 visits per mont

Average about $115-$130 Adsense each Month
Average $1140.00 per month in eBook Sales
Average $410.00 per month in CJ Commisions
Misc Small Affiliate Sales average $75.00 month

I have not spent one dime on advertising, no SEO has been completed (remember I am a newbie)

    Alexa Ranking 565,000
Google Page Rank 1 (with one inner page rank 2)

As far as time to run the blog...about an hour per week now...answering comments and writing a new post (I post about once a week now)...

Only other cost (other than 1 hour of my time) is webhost of $9.99 per month

Any help would be great - I am just getting tired of the site and want to move on to other blogs I have started. I just do not know what this blog might bring in the way of $$

Based on the monthly total earning alone, your site is worth around $8000.
If the ebook is need to renew every month then your website price will be cut lower.
