That depends on your conversion rates.

An EPC really can't tell you all that much about a program's conversion rates. Sure, if a program has a high EPC and a lot of publishers it probably means they have a decent conversion rate, but not necessarily. EPC has more to do with the size of payouts.

Take this hypothetical: Say a company has a 100% conversion rate, but they only pay out a $3 commission per conversion. That company would only have an EPC of $3. On the other hand, if a company has a 1% conversion rate but pays one $10,000 commission to an affiliate who only sent them a single click, they could have a HUGE EPC.

I think about EPC as an average commission rate, not conversion rate.

Oh i see now, thanks for that Web, so on this picture below, The prices ive circled, i wouldn't actually get that much for 100 clicks would i?

And also would it be legal for me to tell people to click on that banner if i give them something for it, e.g something on an online game.

That number is the average payout per 100 clicks over the past 7 days. It definitely doesn't guarantee anything.

Some affiliate programs allow you to offer incentives, and others do not. You'll have to list that information in your account as an "Incentive."
