    Hi there I am in the process of clearing my web portfolio and the time has come to sell my oldest site. There is a bit of information surrounding this site so I will list it all below.

    - Domain has keywords, is close to 2 years old and is country specific.
    - Is in the web archive (APR 2008).
    - Custom CMS (It works! you get it as is with the full rights to it).
    - Page rank of 0 (Was 1 before a site URL restructure).
    - Backlinks from web hosting and webmaster forums.
