Hello Coolof, The best way to advertise is probably establishing a PPC campaign with one of the 3 major search engines. You can specifically target the countries and regions. I would also recommend learning a bit about SEO and doing this in conjunction with your PPC campaign. Let me know if you need more details, but if you google PPC and SEO you can find alot.
See if you can advertise in hotels, restaurants, places tourists go to.... Get their attention, WHILE they are here! That is, basically, your only answer.
