New Wordpress's Admin Template

I like the new wordpress, but the admin area has very poor graphics, is there a particular reason why they did that? or is there something that I am missing?

I suppose WordPress developers aren't very good at graphic design...

 

I like it and in fact it is better than the last one though.

 

it is so dull though!!!! why ?

 

actually i just realized another one of my blogs had graphics in the back end of the Wordpress blog..... It is the exact same version as my Nima blog (that doesnt have the graphics in the back end).

Is there somewhere that i can go and activate the graphics for the backend?

I am sure they will be working on their graphics once they start getting some of the kinks out...I am having a problem with uploading pictures...I can to just type in the actual address and cant upload it through media or whatever that button is...

 

i have problems with uploading pictures too

 

Ugghh that picture uploading problem is a real pain. I finally got it to work with no problems by

• updating flash
• using firefox
• only having one tab open in firefox
• adding the mod_security fix
• updating java

I have no idea why updating my Java changed anything, but for whatever reason, it worked. Maybe it was just luck!
