    Looks professional and neat.
I wouldn't use the grey background image though. It takes away from the dynamic feel that the logo gives. V. good logo btw.

Looks better than the previous versions IMO.

Character encoding went wrong though, I'm getting ? instead of £ pound sterling in FF.

The anchors don't seem to work well, like the ecommerce one not jumping down to the actual content.

I'd consider inidivdual pages for all products for SEO reasons and so you can add more text like why a directory is a good idea etc.

Same for me I see ? instead of currency mark in the budget.

The small links in the bottom don't look that good though.

The search isn't working either, needs to be fixed i guess.

The rest is nice, and a cute girl in the logo ;)

The white corners dont lineup properly but nicer and cleaner.
I would prefer to see a capital for the naming of the services, ie Static Web Design and not static web design.

Under recent website maybe just name them rather than showing the full url
    Bags Of Fashion
    Hodged Up etc

And the text at the bottom of the main header image is not legible, the line that has "small to medium sized businesses"

There are no boobies so that's a big disappointment. :p

I hate the background. It reminds me of my great-granny's wallpaper.

Whatever the writing at the bottom of the banner says, I can't read it so it would be as well not being there or being bigger.

That search bar doesn't meet up with the banner in Opera. I have to question whether it wouldn't serve you better in the side bar someplace instead.

    Corners don't line up.

Text at the very bottom of the page looks ok in FF but unreadable in Opera and IE.

    Overall:
A bit grey (sorry), except for the banner which is nice and shiny. You could do with styling in some additional graphics for general headers <Hx> and also leftnav links and headers based on the shiny banner. Maybe throw in a few colour highlights here and there.

    and add boobies ;)

Great!! Loads of work to do! Thats what I like to see!! :D

You guys are too nice though. Come on!! I want you to lay in to the site. Pick out every little fault there is so by the time it's finished I'll never want to make version 7!!

Some ideas of what to put for the background would be good as well. Should I just go for a colour rather than a background image?

Dont like it. Colors are too dull and make me yawn. And what's with the girl with the headset? Don't see how that is related to a web design site.

What font are you using? Don't quite like it either

    Sorry, you asked :D

    What colours would you use?
The girl is ready waiting in the office to take your phone call for a website. It's all about customer service.
    Verdana
    What font would you use?
    I did ask

    :p

Must be my monitor then, Verdana is my favorite font and I also use it on all my sites.

Dunno, I like live colors, never been a fan of gray or dull colors.

Maybe you can try using a smaller header, that one takes up a huge amount of space

I actually agree with you about the colours but for this particular site it had to be a fairly boring corporate type site so that it looks professional and isn't trying to be something it's not.

The smaller header could be a good idea, although it's more of a one-time-visit website and the big logo is an immediate advertisement of our graphical services.

I'll add it to the list and see if it comes up again by someone else. :)

    Thanks

I've got to agree with fryman. I'm not keen on it.

The header takes up too much space, the font on the banner is hard to read. It looks like you've got 4 or 5 fonts on there - I usually try to stick to one font and a logo design.

The thing on the page that has the most impact is the header, rather than the content of the page.

The copy needs to be a bit punchier. eg
"Over the years we have built some scripts which can be reused by other websites." could be
"Our range of custom update systems are well used and tested within the industry giving you the control of your website" - always stress the positive never 'could' 'can' but 'does' 'will'

The links on the left look like bullet points of the services your offering rather than actual navigation.

I also feel that when boxes start to get added around things that you've lost the battle with design. Boxes are used in print to make things stand out as they are often pressed for space in printed materials like newspapers etc.

We don't have that problem on the web, the content should in most cases be seperated by natural gaps and good page structure rather than throwing a different backgrouns colour in.

I don't like the patterened background - why would I want to look at it? You want me to look at the content..

I find it really hard to believe that such a hot chick works for a web design agency, and if she did that she would agree to be splashed all over the website. If she's there to atract male custom then your missing out on business from 50% of the population.

And also, finally, there are no boobies

Blank space at bottom of homepage is staring, you should put some content or a picture there. As everybody said, background definitely needs to be changed, white background would definitely look professional, but i am not sure if it would go with the current theme.

Search button is almost invisible, definitely change it to something prominent.

    - background changed
    - charcter encoding has changed so that the £ sign works... hopefully
    - small links at the bottom have been enlarged and formatted to look better
    - recent websites urls have been replaced with the titles of the site

Still 21 points left to change. Keep the reviews coming :)
