Selling New website with a unique short e-guide

This site is created directly around the 7 page e-guide for tourists visiting Norway.
Created in October, already got a couple of daily visitors on and off without much marketing besides Payhip.

How is it monetized?
The e-guide is sold via the website, where it directly links to Payhip for sale. This can of course be changed by the new owner to avoid unnecessary sales costs.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?

How much time does this site take to run?
It's completely automated if using Payhip or another type of sales type. The product is made, it runs by itself. Marketing should be done in the start.

The site is currently run on FreeHosting.com, without costs. The site itself is made simple with Site Builder on FreeHosting. The entire FreeHosting.com account will be transferred to the new owner by changing the email and providing a temporary password which can be changed upon receipt.

Can the site be developed further?
YES! The site domain is very generic: Norwegian101. This can be developed with several types of e-guides or other information. The current e-guide provided on the site is a short "point and read" travel guide (find the sentence in English, point on the Norwegian sentence or try to read it out loud.)
