I created a new website. I bought a .com domain, i optimized in-page SEO and maked some original posts. The age of website is 15 days Like a newbie, i want to starting from Search Engine Directories. I want to submit my websites to some High PR Directories. I will submit daily to 3-4 High PR Directories and make 4-5 Do Follow Blog Comments On High PR Websites. (i have my own source) So i will make daily 8-9 backlinks to my website newborn Is too much 8-9 backlinks per day (the type of backlinks i said above) to my new website which have 15 days? What anything else i need to do in next days (besides that i need to post daily unic articles / posts) ?

You should concentrate quality over quantity when building backlinks. Try to get backlinks from different type of networks like article sites, directory sites, social sites, blog etc. for link diversity.
