    In order to increase your PageRank it's quite simple - get some backlinks! Preferably 1-way links from authoritative, relevant websites.

    Like the design. Add content/ pages, get relevant backlinks when you can and submit to directories in the meanwhile.

    Here is so many way to get good PR and you have to do all of them like on page and of page but if you are asking only one of them then unique content can give you good PR

    Design of your site is okay,but try to remove broken links from your site.

    They are not good in search engine eyes.
